You often hear, “It’s rare to find someone who says they grew up here in Charlotte.” Well, Thuy is one of those rare unicorns. Having gone through the CMS public school system, she went on to earning a Bachelor’s degree at UNC-Charlotte, double-majoring in Accounting and Finance. A true local girl, she stayed to work for one of the largest banks in the world. This gave her an early glimpse into how Charlotte was transforming from a small town to becoming one of the largest financial hubs and home to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. Thuy’s experience at Bank of America, as a commercial underwriter and financial analyst, has provided her with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective at building strong relationships. As a home owner, real estate investor, and entrepreneur, Thuy brings valuable insight to her clients through her knowledge of the local market.
